Yesterday was my first Tuesday class in Harpenden Sports Centre and as I was going home, I looked around and saw a little corner with few benches and I just needed to make a video for you 🥰

I know it's miserable and cold out there, but sometimes it's nice to stretch out on the fresh air. I miss the sun and the warmth, I really hope we can do our outdoor yoga soon!
