Timetable:

Yin Yoga on a different beach every morning at 8am

(we will leave the hotel at 7.30am)

Breakfast

Hatha or Vinyiasa Yoga at the poolside at 11am.

Aqua Gym/Aqua Zumba in the pool at 12pm

Lunch

Meditaion or Tai Chi at 7pm.

Dinner
