



ME + YOGA
I fell in love with yoga in autumn 2007, when I started to ''play'' a game called Let's Yoga on my Nintendo. Since the first day, I was ''playing'' yoga everyday, sometimes even twice a day.
At first, the practice was more physical for me, but after few months I started to really count on yoga to bring me a sense of calm during especially chaotic days. Soon after, I began recognizing the benefits of a regular asana and meditation practice and continued to incorporate yoga daily - not just during times of chaos.
I have found myself feeling more energized, more compassionate,
happier, and with more awareness.
I started teaching in 2012 and now, I teach full-time and couldn't be happier to do what I love. What began as a physical practice for strength and flexibility quickly became a lifestyle. I teach my students to take their yoga off the mat and apply the principles learned in the class to their lives outside of the studio.
If you are here, you probably know I am a full time
instructor.
And YOGA is my LIFE!

Clients
I work with all types of people. Clients include professional athletes, boxers, rugby players and dancers as a supplement to their training programs. I have created programs for people who have specific goals (better golf game, breathing during running, improved flexibility, etc). I have designed sequences for people facing a number of health issues and working with limitations.
