Each day, I will post a yoga pose for the day to our  

The challenge is to practice one pose per day through May and if you like, post it in the comments of the post in our yoga Fb group.

There's no room or need for excuses - this is a yoga practice you can fit into your day. Practice in the comfort of your own home, whebever it is covenient for you, and I'll do what I can to keep you motivated. All you need is to bring your motivation! 


By the last day, you will feel stronger, more flexible, breathe deeper, feel less stress and sleep better.
